    Joshua Simmons joined Securitas in 2024

    An accomplished executive and leader in the fire and security industry. I currently serve as the Senior Vice President of Electronic Security of Securitas Australia, overseeing the company's electronic security operations and driving growth and innovation in the business. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the critical role of security solutions in protecting people and property. I'm committed to delivering exceptional service and solutions that help businesses and individuals stay safe and secure. Known for my ability to build and develop high-performing teams, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about people, technology and innovation, and I am always looking for ways to leverage the latest advancements to deliver better customer solutions and outcomes. I am an active member of industry organisations such as the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) and Personal Emergency Response Services Limited (PERSL) of Australia. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing outdoor activities such as skiing, golfing, and motorsports. I am also committed to giving back to my community with involvement in various charitable organisations and initiatives.
