Ethics and Sustainability Board
The Group has an Ethics and Sustainability Board, which establishes the principles for the Group’s sustainability work and follows up cases of alleged non-compliance with Securitas’ Values and Ethics Code. The board meets regularly and comprises the Group’s President and CEO, SVP General Counsel, SVP Group Communications and People, Chief Business Ethics Compliance Officer, and Group Sustainability Officer. In 2022, we also formed a Sustainability Council.

Our Green Fleet Initiative aims to have 25% of our vehicle fleet electric by 2025 across all Securitas countries, which will contribute to lower emissions and a cleaner environment. In Norway, we are much further ahead than most other countries in the transition to electric vehicles.
